Privacy and retention
When you send the contact form, ENERON cloud stores your name, email, optional contact and company details, message, language, page URL, consent timestamp, a one-way HMAC of the IP address, and a limited user-agent string.
We use this data only to respond to your enquiry, assess compatibility, prevent abuse, and document your consent. We do not sell it.
Unconverted enquiries are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted or anonymized. A converted enquiry becomes part of the customer account records and follows the applicable service and legal retention period.
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Operational and legally required records may be retained where deletion is not permitted.
