Control room

Everything the customer needs to understand their solar system

Eneron turns inverter data into a simple monitoring experience: current status, alerts, history and readable reports without technical noise.

Inverters and telemetry

Device status, latest values, data source health, sync errors and API usage in one account view.

🔔

Alerts and recovery states

Low battery, grid lost/restored, voltage anomaly, inverter error and stale telemetry rules.

📊

History and reports

Customers can review grid events, voltage changes, generation and consumption in a clear timeline.

Customer monitoring experience

Status, alerts and reports in the channel that fits the customer

Eneron is designed around channel-agnostic notifications and reports. Telegram is the first delivery path, while the same monitoring model can later support an app, SMS, Viber or other customer channels.

For service teams

Partners manage their customers while the platform stays controlled

Eneron separates platform administration from partner operations, so service teams can work efficiently without exposing global billing, integrations or unrelated customers.

Scoped CRM access

Partner users work only with their own accounts, logs, event history and resources.

Subscriptions and limits

Service access follows the active paid subscription. Resource limits are visible and enforced.

API quota visibility

Solarman API calls are counted per connection, with usage and yearly limit warnings in the UI.

Workflow

From onboarding to daily service

  1. 01 Create the account

Owner, language, timezone, billing profile and subscription status.

  2. 02 Connect the provider

Provider credentials, API quota, polling interval and sync health.

  3. 03 Add the inverter

Only after a site and provider connection exist, with clear UI gates.

  4. 04 Serve the customer

Telegram reports, alerts, grid history, voltage and generation charts.

Eneron

Solar monitoring should feel like a managed service, not a folder of screenshots.
